Mygift Enterprises works with many Churches, Schools, Non-profit organizations and other types of foundations and agencies are that in need of financial aid every year. Mygift is very fortunate to still have all of our great new and repeat customers who are able to purchase our wholesale backpacks yearly. And every year we are able to show our gratitude by having the ability to give out a few donations. Although we have our limit of 3 annually, we still would like to be able to help out in any way we can.

To Whom It May Concern, I am the Chairperson of the Recreation Ministry at Lincoln Memorial Baptist Church. We are having our 2nd annual "Back to School Bash" and we are looking for your support. Last year when we started our event, we came up short in book bags for the children in the community. Although we were able to give away many book bags to the children in the community, some children did not recieve a book bag. We supplied all the children with supplies (paper, pencils, rulers, etc.). At the event we have a cookout for the children in the community, we also have popcorn, cotton candy, and water ice. We have a bounce house for the children to have fun and other activities. This year we plan to invite the fire chief to come speak to the children about fire prevention along with the fire truck. Our event is on July 31, 2010 @ 1:00 pm. We are in the need of 30 book bags to ensure no child is left behind. These book bags will help us reach those children that we were not able to reach last year. Our church motto is "Building a Church in the Community and a Community in a Church". Oasis Hope sponosors an annual back to school rally as motivational tool to get the students motivated to start the school year and to give out backpacks with schools supplies to students in need. Oasis of Hope has sponsored this event for the past 5 five years and each year the attendance grows. Right now we have 50 children we are doing events to be able to raise money for the ministry. It wiill be a great honor to have someone donate the school backpacks for the kids and we will be able to take care of the rest like notebooks, pencils, crayons ect. since we taught about the idea of making backpacks for the community and filled them up with items for school and sell them at a cheap price for parent that are not able to afford every item. Last year there were 874 children signed up , but about 400 got backpacks with school supplies. Mary Nelson helped me out with some backpacks which I was very thankful. I am the only african american minister in this town and a lot of the people don't accept out siders. I am asking for help again this year's backpack event August 14, 2010. MannaFest is a 501(c) 3 organization which operates a food pantry which provides food to poverty level families in Polk County, Texas. The pantry averages 275 - 300+ families each month. MannaFest also provides school supplies (packaged in backpacks) for these poverty level children each fall. In 2009, 501 children were provided backpacks with the supplies needed for their grade level. The supplies are given out prior to the start of school so that the children start the year just like all of their schoolmates.
